Nutritional Supplementation
Most of our patients have complex problems with multiple symptoms, and nutritional therapy is usually helpful. Levels of nutrients in food have been declining for decades, while we are all exposed to increasing amounts of pollutants which deplete nutrients further.
We use laboratory tests to identify deficiencies and monitor progress; treatment methods include diet and the correction of digestive problems; oral supplements; intramuscular, intravenous and subcutaneous. For some persistent deficiencies, a combination of routes, including inhalation (nebuliser) and transdermal (baths or creams) can help.
